Excellent! This companies customer service is by far one of the best I have run into in retail. I didn't see an option to express ship the item when I purchased it through Amazon, so I sent an email to the company explaining my predicament. I needed the ring in less than 5 days and Amazon had an estimated ship time of 5days + for delivery.
The owner of the company dealt with me personally and guaranteed that he could help me out. Thank you very much. Gorgeous Ring My husband bought this ring for me for Christmas, and it is gorgeous! The diamonds are white, bright and sparkly. The ring is nicely made...there are no spaces between the 3 stones. I wear a ring size 4, and this ring fits perfectly. Also, my husband arranged for them to deliver it to his office even though it's different from his billing address (so I wouldn't get it first) They packaged it nicely also. The only other thing I would add is that buyers should not expect a "huge" look when they buy this. It's .50 total carat weight which means that the center stone is about 1/3 carat and the side stones are 1/10 carat. I'm very happy with this ring! Wife`s Christmas Gift This ring is obviously the real thing: you can tell this just from it`s first appearance in your hand. 1 issue, though: the band itself is a little narrower than I expected, which causes the ring itself to move around my wife`s finger, bringing the diamonds in contact with the sides of her other fingers, and causing some discomfort. My plan is to go with my wife to a professional jeweler, and ask them what can be done to rectify this small problem. Other than that, I`de have to say it`s one of...
