There is an alternate leaf pattern underneath. This is a plus because it lets your skin breathe.The sizing is pretty accurate. I would recommend this as a middle finger right hand ring. It's beautiful. better than expected I bought this for my daughter for Christmas at her request and she was more pleased with it than expected. It had more substance to it and she loved the inlay.
